However, we never collect your credit card number, expiration date, or any other sensitive information related to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner, Razor Pay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the Organization-
Cancellation of the tour owing to events beyond the control of the organization, including but not limited to an act of God, war, strikes, terrorism, governmental regulations, riots, civil unrest, earthquakes, fire, floods, and other natural disasters, shall be made at the company’s sole discretion without notice and without any refunds.
The organization is entitled to the option of cancelling the tour with a full refund of the participant's fees.
Under any circumstance, if the organization is forced to cancel the tour, the participant shall be presented with the choice of a full refund or postponement; if the former is chosen, the organization shall refund the entire amount.
Cancellation of Walking Tours/ Heritage Walks –
The participant should process the payment only after receiving the confirmation upon registration for the tour. After the payment, the participant is entitled to cancel the participation with a 50% refund of the fees provided that notice of such cancellation is sent to the organization within 48 hours of payment or as otherwise specified in writing.
In case, the participant fails to meet the cancellation deadline, i.e. 48 hours after the payment, the organization shall not refund the amount. However, the request for postponement could be taken into consideration, and efforts shall be made to accommodate the participant in the following tour.
If the participant does not attend the tour for any given reason without prior notice, the participant shall not be refunded any fees paid for the tour.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sakha (hereinafter referred to as "the organization," "we," "us," or "our") shall reserve the right to cancel a tour in the interest of the participants’ well-being and safety.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages on the tour is strictly prohibited.
Entrance to religious and sacred destinations may be denied due to inappropriate apparel, and the organization shall not be liable for such limitations on tours.
The participant will be held liable for the responsibility and expenses, including fees charged for all the property carried by or belonging to the person.
The organization may use the photographs or videos taken during the tour for publications on its websites or in print advertising. However, the participants' verbal consent will be taken before the tour.
Without prior permission, note-taking or audio or video recording of any sort is strictly prohibited. Recreation or replication of our stories will provoke us to file a law suit, and nothing less.
Confirmation of a participant’s booking shall be given by the organization, however, only after the payment transaction is completed.
In case of a balance payment, the participant must pay the balance 7 days prior to the commencement of services; payment during the 7 days before the commencement of the tour shall be accepted only in full capacity and not as a balance.
During the festive season or peak season, the organization will accept bookings only with full payment.
The organization shall not bear the expense of any service obtained by the participant during the tour that is not mentioned in the already-distributed itinerary.
The organization shall not be held liable for the quality or taste of the snacks served for refreshment during the tour.
The organization shall not bear the responsibility of making arrangements for participants’ vehicle parking; he or she shall be solely responsible for making the arrangements for the same.
Participants will not be allowed to commence or participate in the tour if they fail to provide a COVID vaccination certificate.
